Talking about my generation.

I'm 22 years old and currently living in Spain. I've just finished a Business degree studies and i'm trying to find a job or internship in this globalized world. I'm part of that generation who was born in the eighties and it's supposed the most well educated and ready for a future proffesional life. The main problem that is affecting us is that the future is always future and never becomes present. I have lots of friends with degrees, masters and almost all of them are unable to find a job. The society says we are unexperienced and in this crisis time it is normal to give priority to "old" people. Sacrifying the youngest and most prepared workforce is not the way to recover our economies of the biggest crisis. Europe should take part in this. I'm thinking in creating a common young workforce market or programs and supplying from the surplus to the scarcity and therefore giving young people the chance to prove their skills.
The worst way to motivate the young people is letting us frustrated and partying 3 days a week living in our parent's house wasting our time sacrifying our future and thus sacrifying our society's future.
